  • Short listed candidates are selected who have demonstrated, through the interview process, that they have the capabilities sought and also fit other client criteria discussed during the assignment brief.
  • The shortlist provided to clients always includes the candidates’ own resume and a detailed, objective, briefing on each candidate that reflects on the candidates’ performance and information gathered at the interview. On acceptance of the shortlist by the client, we will arrange interviews with candidates at a mutually convenient time. These interviews can be conducted either in our offices or the client’s premises
  • We provide detailed reports on all reference checks undertaken
  • Guidance is offered to clients in the selection process in order to arrive at the best possible recruitment decision for the circumstance and selection of the best person for the job
  • We will make a job offer to the preferred candidate on instruction from the client (this includes direction on remuneration to be offered), and act as an intermediary on any subsequent negotiations that may take place before acceptance of the offer.
  • Upon acceptance of the offer, we will advise the client on the proper documentation to confirm the terms of appointment and commencement date
