Lorraine Daley Business Services is geared to provide professional bookkeeping and business services to business operators and public accounting practices.
We offer both on and off site consulting services. Our Clients can have all of their bookkeeping work done from our premises – utilising the latest equipment, technology and software – or arrange for on-site consulting to have their accounting records / BAS data reviewed and reconciled and BAS Statements prepared.
Some of our clients are in a position where there is a person, perhaps a partner, available who can manage the routine data entry and they engage our services to review and reconcile on a quarterly basis prior to preparation of their BAS Statements.

Why do businesses outsource their bookkeeping?
The answers to that question can be as varied as there are business types! The common reason is that developing and running a successful business requires focus, commitment, time and energy. Many small to medium sized businesses do not require a full time bookkeeper nor do they have the time &.or inclination to keep their own financial records.
By placing their books in my hands they are able to free up a significant amount of their valuable time, in addition to being provided with monthly/quarterly reports that assist in evaluating various aspects of the business.
We can do all of the work for our clients, including IAS/BAS preparation and lodgement. At the end of the financial year we present your Taxation Accountant with a fully reconciled set of accounts and then take up any adjusting entries (such as depreciation) made by your Accountant. This ensures that your end of year balances remain in sync with the final reports maintained by your Accountant.
